Say hello to Ellen Sandell - a Kensington local and the leader of the Victorian Greens. With state elections happening in November 2026, I was approached to illustrate a limited edition print to help fundraise for her re-election.

The print needed to included themes around community, better funding for public services, climate and the environment, with potential local landmarks across Kensington, West Melbourne, North Melbourne and the CBD. We already have enough resources for everyone to live a good life, it’s about making sure they’re shared and invested in the things that help everyone thrive.

Once the brief was confirmed, I conceptualised some potential artwork before we locked in a direction that fit the themes best. Couple more tweaks and revisions and we landed with a Risograph print that featured a delicious combo of green and purple. Big shoutout to Helio Press for nailing the prints.
